Parents and Kids don't like Boo Boos, and here at BooBooGone.com we focus on preventing Boo Boos BEFORE they happen.

Kids have a right to feel safe, secure and protected, and in today's fast-paced society with both parents working or in divorced families where kids live in two different homes, being prepared for safety is even more paramount.

Host, Heidi Nabert, was inspired to launch this Blog and Podcast series because of her own personal experience as a survivor of child sexual abuse. Her main goal is to educate parents and kids with prevention tips that prepare kids for dangerous situations, so the don't have to think about what to do – BECAUSE – they know what to do!. If your child knows what to do, when faced with a unsafe situation they have a better chance of being safe and sound.

Podcast – What is it and Why are we Podcasting?

Podcasts are portable, time-shifted audio files – you can listen to when you want. Podcasts can be downloaded onto your iPod or MP3 player,  burned onto a CD and listen in your car or just listen to them on your computer.  Subscribing to the Podcast is easy, just click on one of the "Subscribe to Podcast" button options on the far right panel – just below Heidi's photo.

BooBooGone's Podcast is produced as a Safety Topic Series – beginning with an in depth interview (sometimes in 2 parts) with an expert followed by several short tips about that topic which you and your family can implement right away.
